SHRINE 4.4.0 Installation Guide

Note: SHRINE 4.4.0 requires a fresh new installation of SHRINE. There is no upgrade path to SHRINE 4.4.0 from previous versions of SHRINE. Previous query results will be lost due to the architecture change when converting from SHRINE 3x to 4.4.0.

Also once you complete the upgrade process, please contact ENACT support as an additional step will need to be completed at the hub level. This required for queries to execute successfully for your site at SHIRNE 4.4.

This guide was created to assist system administrators in the installation of a SHRINE 4.4.0 system. The system is composed of an installation of I2B2 software (http://www.i2b2.org) and SHRINE software. This guide assumes you are installing a typical SHRINE site in an existing network. It includes specifics for setting up a new network where relevant; if you are installing a new downstream node you can skip those steps.
